4. Service Agreements

Information published on the Khan IT website provides general information about our services.

It does not automatically create a service agreement between Khan IT and a visitor.

Before starting a paid project, the client and Khan IT should agree on the relevant scope of work, deliverables, responsibilities, fees, payment terms, and other applicable conditions.

Where a separate written agreement exists between Khan IT and a client, that agreement will govern the specific project.

5. SEO Results and Performance

SEO depends on many factors that Khan IT cannot fully control.

Search engine algorithms, competitors, websites, market conditions, technical changes, and client actions can affect SEO performance.

For this reason, Khan IT does not guarantee that a website will achieve a specific:

Google ranking
Keyword position
Traffic level
Number of leads
Revenue figure
AI search position

Our published case studies show actual results from specific campaigns, but those results should not be interpreted as a promise that another client will achieve the same outcome.

Khan IT publishes documented results from client campaigns, including Search Console, keyword, and analytics data where appropriate.

6. Client Responsibilities

Successful SEO and web development projects require cooperation between Khan IT and the client.

Depending on the project, the client may need to provide:

Other information required for the agreed work

Clients are responsible for ensuring that information and materials they provide to Khan IT are accurate and that they have the necessary rights to use them.

By providing these materials, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or permission to use them.

You remain responsible for the legality and accuracy of materials you provide.

Khan IT may refuse to publish or use materials that appear to violate applicable laws, third-party rights, or our professional standards.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Khan IT website and its original materials remain the property of Khan IT or its relevant licensors.
