3. Our Services
Khan IT provides SEO and web development services based on individual client requirements.
Our SEO work can include areas such as:
- Technical SEO
- Local SEO
- E-commerce SEO
- Enterprise SEO
- International SEO
- Link building
- AI search optimisation
- SEO strategy and consulting
Our web development work can include WordPress websites, custom web applications, and conversion-focused UI/UX.
The exact services, deliverables, timelines, responsibilities, and fees for a client project will depend on the agreement between Khan IT and the client.
For an overview of our services, visit our SEO Services and Web Development Services pages.
4. Service Agreements
Information published on the Khan IT website provides general information about our services.
It does not automatically create a service agreement between Khan IT and a visitor.
Before starting a paid project, the client and Khan IT should agree on the relevant scope of work, deliverables, responsibilities, fees, payment terms, and other applicable conditions.
Where a separate written agreement exists between Khan IT and a client, that agreement will govern the specific project.
5. SEO Results and Performance
SEO depends on many factors that Khan IT cannot fully control.
Search engine algorithms, competitors, websites, market conditions, technical changes, and client actions can affect SEO performance.
For this reason, Khan IT does not guarantee that a website will achieve a specific:
- Google ranking
- Keyword position
- Traffic level
- Number of leads
- Revenue figure
- AI search position
Our published case studies show actual results from specific campaigns, but those results should not be interpreted as a promise that another client will achieve the same outcome.
Khan IT publishes documented results from client campaigns, including Search Console, keyword, and analytics data where appropriate.
6. Client Responsibilities
Successful SEO and web development projects require cooperation between Khan IT and the client.
Depending on the project, the client may need to provide:
- Accurate business information
- Website access
- Hosting or technical access
- Search and analytics access
- Brand materials
- Images or other assets
- Product or service information
- Approvals and feedback
- Other information required for the agreed work
Clients are responsible for ensuring that information and materials they provide to Khan IT are accurate and that they have the necessary rights to use them.
Delays in providing information, access, approvals, or feedback may affect project timelines.
7. Website Development Projects
For web development projects, the agreed scope should define the expected features, pages, functionality, technology, content responsibilities, and delivery requirements.
Requests outside the agreed scope may require additional time, fees, or a separate agreement.
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving website content, business information, images, legal information, and other materials supplied for publication.
Khan IT may recommend technical or structural changes where they support website performance, usability, SEO, or the agreed project goals.
8. Content and Client-Provided Materials
Clients may provide text, images, logos, documents, data, videos, or other materials for use in a project.
By providing these materials, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or permission to use them.
You remain responsible for the legality and accuracy of materials you provide.
Khan IT may refuse to publish or use materials that appear to violate applicable laws, third-party rights, or our professional standards.
9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Khan IT website and its original materials remain the property of Khan IT or its relevant licensors.
This may include:
- Website text
- Graphics
- Logos
- Design elements
- Images
- Videos
- Software
- Code
- Page layouts
- Other original materials
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, sell, or commercially exploit our website materials without prior written permission.
Client ownership of work created as part of a paid project will depend on the applicable project agreement.
Third-party materials remain subject to their respective owners' rights and licences.
10. Case Studies, Reviews, and Results
Khan IT may publish case studies, testimonials, reviews, project examples, or performance results to demonstrate our work.
Where we publish client results, we aim to present them accurately and in their proper context.
Our case studies may include information such as traffic changes, keyword rankings, Search Console data, timelines, and other campaign metrics.
A case study represents a specific project and does not guarantee the same result for another business.
You can review our documented work through the Case Studies page.
11. Third-Party Services and Websites
Our website may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, tools, or services.
These may include social networks, review platforms, technology providers, educational resources, or other external websites.
Khan IT does not control third-party websites or guarantee their availability, security, accuracy, or privacy practices.
Your use of third-party websites is subject to their own terms and policies.
12. Website Information and Accuracy
We make reasonable efforts to keep information on the Khan IT website accurate and useful.
However, website content may change as our services, team, processes, technology, and business operations develop.
We do not guarantee that every piece of information on the website will always be complete, current, or free from errors.
If you find information that appears to be incorrect, please contact us so we can review it.
13. Availability of the Website
We aim to keep the Khan IT website available and functioning properly.
However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
The website may occasionally become unavailable because of:
- Maintenance
- Technical problems
- Hosting issues
- Security incidents
- Software updates
- Network problems
- Events outside our reasonable control
We may also change, suspend, or remove website features without prior notice when reasonably necessary.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Khan IT will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or unforeseeable losses arising from your use of the website or reliance on general information published on it.
This includes losses that may result from:
- Website interruptions
- Reliance on general information
- Third-party websites or services
- Search engine changes
- Changes in rankings or organic traffic
- Technical problems outside our reasonable control
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit liability where applicable law does not permit such exclusion or limitation.
15. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to take responsibility for claims, losses, or expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, violation of these Terms & Conditions, or infringement of another person's rights through materials you provide to Khan IT.
This section does not apply where the law prevents such an obligation.
16. Confidentiality
During a project, you may share confidential business, technical, marketing, financial, or operational information with Khan IT.
We will handle confidential client information appropriately and use it for legitimate project or business purposes.
Where a separate confidentiality or non-disclosure agreement exists, that agreement will govern the relevant confidential information.
17. Payments, Cancellation, and Refunds
Project fees, payment schedules, cancellation terms, and refund conditions depend on the applicable service agreement.
Where Khan IT has a separate Refund & Cancellation Policy, that policy should be read together with the relevant service agreement.
If there is a conflict between a specific written client agreement and a general website policy, the applicable client agreement will govern the project.
18. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
You can read it here:

19. Changes to These Terms
Khan IT may update these Terms & Conditions when our website, services, business practices, or legal requirements change.
When we make changes, we will update the Last Updated date at the beginning of this page.
Your continued use of the website after an update means that you acknowledge the revised terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions should be reviewed and finalised according to the legal structure of Khan IT and the jurisdictions in which it operates.
The governing law, dispute-resolution process, and applicable jurisdiction should be expressly stated in the final legal version approved by Khan IT's legal adviser.
Do not publish this section with an assumed jurisdiction. Because Khan IT operates from Bangladesh and also maintains a Canada office, the appropriate governing law should be confirmed by your lawyer.
